At www.theshara.com, we strive to ensure that every saree you purchase brings you joy. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if :

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice included.

Note : We do not accept returns for color variation due to screen/display differences or for sarees that have been customized, stitched, or fall/pico work done.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return :

• Sarees purchased during clearance or final sale
• Sarees that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards, accessories, or custom-stitched products

Return Process

To initiate a return :

• Email us at info@theshara.com or WhatsApp +91 99723 05799 within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup (if available in your area), or share the return shipping address.

You may be asked to share a photo/video of the item for quality verification.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, return shipping is free.
• For all other returns (e.g., dislike of design, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, unless already shipped.
